BuyBoxBear scans competitor prices every 15 minutes — 96 times per day. When a competitor changes their price, our engine evaluates whether a reprice is needed and triggers it within seconds of detecting the change.
Will repricing hurt my margins? +
No — this is exactly what BuyBoxBear's margin floor protection prevents. You set a minimum acceptable profit per SKU (in absolute $ or as a % margin), and BuyBoxBear will never reprice below that floor. We win the BuyBox at the highest sustainable price, not the lowest possible one.
Can I set my own repricing rules? +
Absolutely. BuyBoxBear offers a full custom rules builder where you can create IF/THEN logic, percentage-based adjustments, time-of-day strategies, competitor-specific conditions, and category-level defaults. You can also switch to AI-only mode and let the engine make all decisions automatically.

No. BuyBoxBear also raises prices when conditions allow. No. BuyBoxBear uses each marketplace's official seller API for all pricing updates. We are a registered third-party developer with Amazon (SP-API), Back Market, and Reebelo. All repricing is compliant with each platform's Terms of Service.

BuyBoxBear Pro costs $1,500/month on a monthly billing cycle, or $1,300/month when billed annually ($15,600/year). Both plans include full access to all features and all supported platforms with no per-SKU or per-platform additional fees.
Are there any usage-based fees or hidden charges? +
None. The monthly or annual subscription price is all-inclusive. There are no fees per SKU, per repricing event, per marketplace, per API call, or per report generated. What you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
